We want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping.

📦 Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information where available.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This service includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey once it has been dispatched.

Please note that the delivery time provided by Royal Mail is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods or around public holidays.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

International delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Once your parcel has left the UK, delays caused by customs or the destination country's postal service are outside our control.

🛃 Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges when they arrive in the destination country.

Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges.

Please check your country's import requirements if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbours and any safe places around your property before contacting us.
