6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving them.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International orders are currently available to:

• Republic of Ireland
• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if goods are not delivered within the period required by law.

Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements in their country.

Customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
